The CEO heir through significant coaching including two other brothers postured the company for sustainable growth and profits in a highly competitive industry.

CENTRAL DETROIT WAREHOUSE:

This 85 year-old 3rd party logistics company has approximately 2 million square feet of public warehousing under management. The second generation CEO contracted our services. They structured the company into individual profit centers and developed a operations team to drive accountability. MICHIGAN SEAT:

This Jackson based company developed proprietary production technology in the industrial seat business (e.g. Caterpillar tractor seats) and expanded a customer base that assured consistent revenue. The original founding brothers contracted with our company to develop a competitive culture assuring entrepeurism as a hallmark.  An accounting and production process review was instituted whereas the foam and trim business was retained and restructured for substantial profitability as a sister company.  In 2006 the company was acquired by Jason, Incorporated.

GREAT LAKES WOODWORKING:

This Global Manufacturer of displays and interior environments for national and global retailers was looking to reorganize for larger sales and diversity of customers.
